ERNEST HEMINGWAY'S FINCA VIGIA
Travel to Finca Vigía, where Hemingway lived and wrote his most famous novel, The Old Man and the Sea. At Finca Vigía, which is supported by independent organizations, you can meet the local caretakers as you walk the perimeter of the house and peer through the windows to see how it was kept when Hemmingway lived there. The walls are lined with bookshelves and covered with paintings, some of them depicting Hemingway on his African safaris.
JOSE FUSTER
Wander through the whimsical world of Fusterlandia, an extraordinary neighborhood transformed by artist José Fuster. Known as the "Picasso of Cuba," Fuster's vibrant mosaics and sculptures create a fantastical environment that celebrates art and community.
VINOS MOLINA
Visit Vinos Molina, located on the outskirts of Havana, and learn how they turn honey and Cuban fruits like cashew, guava, tamarind, and star fruit into semisweet wines, white wines, vermouth, and other spirits. The visit includes a tour of the facilities, description of the whole process, tasting, and Q&A session.
